Like I said this was are second laebon home built. First time was the same as the second. I understand mistakes happen but some could be avoided. I do work in the trades myself and communication is huge between trades. Also more walk through would have been better. We only did an electrical walk through and that was it until possession day. More walk throughs throughout the build would be better so some of the issues could be avoided. But overall very nice home

Everyone has been incredibly responsive to our questions — right from when we first started inquiring, through possession day, and even now after we've moved in. We’re especially thankful to Victoria who guided us from the very beginning and made the whole process feel smooth and welcoming. David walked us through the building and possession day, and Paulo took the time to go over everything in the house again, sharing tips, do's and don’ts, and advice on how to take care of our new home. As first-time home buyers who are also new to Canada, we didn’t know much about houses, so their support really meant a lot. We’re truly grateful for the experience — it’s made us feel both comfortable and confident in this big step.

Even though we were building across the county, they kept communication clear and consistent, which made everything feel smooth and manageable. Their professionalism and attentiveness stood out and made the whole experience very positive. The trades and suppliers involved were also excellent. Every team we interacted with was professional, accommodating, and respectful of both our time and our home. The quality of their work is evident throughout the house, and we appreciated how approachable and easy they were to work with. Overall, I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing. The process was well-managed from start to finish, and the level of communication and support exceeded my expectations. Laebon Homes made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel seamless, and I’m truly grateful for the positive experience and the beautiful home we now get to enjoy.
