Liked Most

Some sales reps were very good and prompt in responses to questions or emails. Home was well finished - quality was very good.

Would Change

Many changes of sales rep - made it hard for continuity of service. One sales rep was not helpful, sent pictures of wrong home and automatically answered "No - can't do that" whenever I asked for something. Would have liked to be informed more regularly as to the progress of the home.

Liked Most

That they gave the option of suiteing basement for investors. That was an awesome option to have the legal suite as an option.

Would Change

We had 4 different people we dealt with during process in showhome. That wasn't ideal however they managed and so did we. Just things like being told by one about a certain item and then finding out that was something extra.
