This is the most unresponsive builder I have ever come across in my life. Since we took over the purchase of our house is from one issue to another, wrong wiring and heat source problem that they have not been able to resolve for the past 5 months.
We had such a pleasant experience with the whole team - from Kelley & Suzie, to McKinley from the design studio, then the site supervisor Don, and also getting connected to the broker and the lawyer. The process was so seamless and everyone involved really helped us out a lot in making our first time home buying experience a stress-free experience.

We are very pleased with the overall experience with Landmark Homes. The sale rep (Elina) and our design rep (Masooma) were excellent throughout the process. The few issues we've had since possession were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Follow-up post possession has been excellent inspiring confidence with our decision to go with Landmark. Overall we are extremely pleased with the home and the experience.
Satisficed exactly got what we were told and visualized.
Appliances are really very bad. Not working properly. Aome of them looks like used ones.
