The upgrades and unique features

Would Change

I would expect Level Homes to be more upfront and sincere about the time frame of closing. Also, if you delay closing indicating you want to deliver a quality home instead of rushing, we would expect less items to need touching up or reserviced. We feel more integrity is needed as we felt it was more important to rush to get the next home finalized for closing rather than the customer service and quality for a current home owners who just closed. We also felt some projects could have been completed more timely prior to the 30 day walk-through so perhaps Level Homes needs to hire additional project managers as having one appears to be overextended.
