I really wanted a ranch home and the Meg design delivered! It came with an option to add a bonus area upstairs, so I get my theater room for guests...plus an extra guest room and full bath. Never imagined that I'd get double the square footage of my former home in a ranch with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths! It took a minute to get used to the open concept, but I'm really enjoying that as well. Though I believe my favorite space in the entire house is the garage! Love that I don't have to be in the elements when the weather is bad! Regarding the service, the people--Blake, Leslie, Umesh and Brandon were stellar. They made me feel like I was their only client and I am truly grateful for their service. I especially want to give kudos to Brandon Lohmiller, my Project Manager. He was always responsive and made things magically happen/appear regarding scheduling trades. Even when I was less than happy with something, he was always pleasant and upbeat. He professional mannerism will take him far. There were times that I emailed him with a question during the weekends, and he always followed up. His customer service skills are exemplary. I truly hope Level Homes realizes the gem that they have in him. He's truly an Energizer Bunny...he keeps going...and going...and going until it's done. I'm happy that the construction phase is done, and I've moved in. Still getting settled, but I'm glad to call The Meadows home...my forever home. Given the known new construction challenges, had delay expectations been set up front, then I would have had a more favorable experience and review of the overall process. I sold my house too early, and the delay in moving impacted me financially. The builder did try to make up for the impact, which I am truly grateful to receive.
