Overall, their team was caring and responsive. We felt heard regarding our needs. When there were issues/concerns, they would work with us to troubleshoot and attain our needs as best as possible. They provided regular updates. They aim for customer satisfaction and provide a best quality.

Review of Overall Experience
I cannot say enough about our positive experience from start to finish with Maison. Our home is our forever home and Maison created a home that I could not have imagined, yet it feels so tailored to our family. I cannot imagine any other builder providing this level of customized service, high level of communication, superior quality and pristine execution. We have been in our home for almost a year and I still walk around the house amazed that this is OUR HOME.

Our creative advantage is understanding the intrinsic link between the design and construction processes. Before the basement is even dug, we plan fine details like the kitchen layout and the placement of lighting to ensure that each layer of construction is executed correctly.
