Purchasing my house here in Oxford Village - Kemptville has been a great experience. Every time I have required attention on any issue, the whole team has been very helpful. Starting with Ian, the builder of my house; he took care meticulously of every architectural detail; he took care of the form of the space , the aesthetic of the constructive details and the functionality of it. When I checked the foorplans, I found a very well done design; congratulations to my colleages( they did it; they did a very well; they designed a good house. Then, when I moved into the house, I found a beautiful wooden board with the logo of mattamy home engraved plus other gifts and a personalized card signed by the team - what a touching welcome. Thank you team.
The Sales, customer care, warranty team have been very responsive and also pro-active in sending email communications.

Experience from the get go was top class. Sarah from sales was amazing (I most likely would’ve looked elsewhere if it weren’t for her). Jon from construction was super, very flexible and responsive. Dean also. A couple pleasant surprises too that I appreciated. Currently dealing with Peter from warranty and he’s been great so far, very transparent and informative. I will definitely be recommending Mattamy. I actually recommended a friend that bought a walnut but I wasn’t aware of the referral award at the time.

We were thoroughly impressed with our overall experience, from the customer service, design centre and construction team. We have had many new builds and have not experienced this level of service and quality.
Overall, a good experience with some standout service. Melissa (Customer Experience) was helpful from start to finish, and Tim (Construction) was proactive and communicative, especially when resolving a dishwasher electrical issue. The only major downside was the HVAC repair. The resolution took much longer than expected, and the excessive back-and-forth was frustrating and took away from our overall satisfaction.
