Mayberry is in the business of selling homes with the guise of doing it for the homebuyer. As your opening for the survey suggested this is a huge investment. One I now wish I would have spent WAY more time researching, but as I was to trusting of the "professionals" I now know more than I did and would likely never do it again, specifically not with Mayberry.
