Customer service has been very disappointing. Only having 1 person in charge of warranty requests leads to a lot of delays & lack of communication. I have had many issues with my service requests either being incorrect (had a scheduled appointment for my cabinets to be retouched and received a completely different service the day of with no warning) I had high hopes for owning a home with McCaffrey and have been very let down by the service I’ve received
