The experience has been good overall , just wished that Meritage include the insect screens for the windows and included at least 2 smart light switches ( garage and passage )

Overall it has been a good experience. Tava and Jacob have been amazing and easy to work with. Only complaint is the chicken plant smell in the area that we found out about after buying the home. We had an issue about the communication with the flooring company (Atlanta West Flooring) when trying to fix a floor board, but this was nothing to do with any Merritage workers.
