- Trey made the process seamless - house was not as clean as expected during move in - shouldn’t install thermostats in master bedroom- have to keep the master door open to circulate the air upstairs per AC guy

We did not use a Meritage home lender when purchasing our home, but when we went into the office with our realtor, the staff was very courteous, provided us lots of information about the area , models and pricing. There were several quick move-in homes available. We toured the homes and chose one of those. The process was quick. The construction manager was courteous and answered all of our questions. He made himself available even when we had questions after hours. He made the necessary repairs/changes that were recommended by our inspector in a timely manner.
