My experience was super! This is our 3rd investment home with Meritage. Trent has been our super on all 3. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better Construction Manager.
Painting was below my standards. Refrigerator had to be replaced immediately after moving in. HVAC system is too difficult to access. There’s a draft in the windows. There are insects inside the indoor lights.
Marty has been great to work with! He has been beyond helpful with the move-in process!
