Painting was below my standards. Refrigerator had to be replaced immediately after moving in. HVAC system is too difficult to access. There’s a draft in the windows. There are insects inside the indoor lights.

The purchase and move-in processes were easy, and the staff was always cordial and helpful. Cliff was a great advocate for us and handled the few post-construction issues we had very quickly and to our satisfaction. Due to a manufacturing defect, one of the countertops had to be replaced. This was completed quickly and without any pushback or drama from Meritage. We would recommend thee homes to anyone looking in this area.
