First time homeownership for me and my wife. With the way the housing market the way it is it just makes more sense to buy a new home, and our Meritage home was more then we expected for our first home. Zero complaints so far and any issues we have had has been taken care of.
Overall we are very pleased with the home. The only suggestion or negativity we have is that none of the house is ether cord wired.
Great experience from sales agent to the builder and wonderful responsiveness even after we’ve moved in and have questions.
