Dana Edgerton was awesome to work with. We shared the same birthday which was a fun thing to share. Jeff Muckleroy was so helpful in providing updates and getting the house delivered on time. Even after we closed he checks up on us to make sure that all is going good. I enjoyed working with the Meritage team. I consider them friends and can't wait to have a house warming party and invite them over to see them home they have created for us and introduce them to my friends so they too can see why Meritage is the home for them.

Would Change

I would provide customer more help naviagting all the apps and new technology in their homw like the doorbell and Kevo and lights app ect.

Liked Most

I love the design of the home, the double story living room and the white cabinets/counters. I like the energy efficiency. It has a great location. The sales agents are responsive and professional.

Would Change

There are many small detail problems that I have asked to be fixed over and over again and are continually not fixed and those small details make the finish of the home look cheap. Especially door frames and doors that truly need to be retouched and constantly get overlooked. Also, some of the wiring in my home was not done correctly and this should be checked before move-in. Also, I believe all master bedrooms should be placed to have the better view. Also, my ring doorbell is too far from the wifi to connect to my phone...
