The construction manager Eric was amazing. He was on time with meeting us for our orientation and gave us ample time to find any defects or issues we needed to get fixed. Along with him coming back personally to our home and fixing them right up. I would definitely refer him to anyone who needs to know how well the Meritage homes is built and is maintained.

He consistently answered my calls on time and guided me step by step through the entire process of purchasing my first home. Owning a home has always been my dream, but my experience with Meritage has exceeded all expectations. I am very satisfied with the design, the spacious layout, and the thoughtful organization of the rooms. Thanks to Bobby’s dedication and support, I now enjoy a home that is far more than I ever imagined , I also want to thank Erick, who was with me during the walkthrough and supervised the home before I moved in. He patiently answered all my questions about how each appliance works, as well as the garage door and the water heater. Erick took care of every detail I felt was imperfect and made sure everything was improved to my satisfaction.
