Overall, the experience has been very positive, with a few areas for improvement. Interactions with both Mandheer (Sales) and Keith (Site Engineer) have been excellent—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. One opportunity is for the loan team to be more proactive in their communication and engagement. At times, it feels like they are not as visible or accessible as they could be. Additionally, while I understand there is ongoing construction, I would encourage better upkeep of the completed home sites to ensure they are presented at the same high standard as the rest of the experience.

Sales person made it seems lot of things comes with the house and twisting words later to deny any and referring to contract, would have been nice to know exact details from the first time. It felt like we were kind of cheated a bit on few things, not big but can’t ignore. Other than that everything else is good.

Robert was amazing, we had a washer from Whirlpool flood our new home in day 3. Robert responded quickly and helped us get our home back to new. Whirlpool did nothing to help, but Robert on the other hand saved the day. We greatly dislike the customer service at Whirlpool but Robert made sure we didn’t lose hope on making the house new again.
