Review of Overall Experience

From day-1, all meritage staff we connected were prompt and quick to respond. I was provided all the needed information in a timely manner to move along the process, Kim was always there to guide through any challenge we faced. With respect to progress on the building and updates, the Construction Manager Robert gave all the needed walk through over email and video calls and answered all our questions. Any issues highlighted in the inspection were taken care in a timely manner by the time we closed. We used Meritage Financing option as well, Craig/Jonathan were very easy to work with. Overall we are quite happy with the home buying experience.
