We were promised that certain repairs would be made prior to closing. Those repairs remain incomplete. Also we were not informed of the lack of availability of high speed internet. If we had it to do over again we would not have purchased this home. Cyn, the sales person was great. But we are very unhappy with the lack of responsiveness from the construction manager. We were promised a new kitchen island counter due to discoloration and that has not been fixed. There are circular indentations on our back porch. The light in the master bathroom buzzes when turned on. The grading between our house and the next is extreme making for a big slope. There are scrapes on the porcelain of our master shower. These things should be repaired. Thank you.
