small recommendation: have New home owner have a complete different/new email address to keep track of the process and give them a three ring binder to keep a paper trail of all documents.

I have had a great experience this far. The builder, James, has been a great source of contact in these beginning stages and has been very attentive and responsive. Every issue we have had has gotten taken care of in a timely manner. We are truly grateful for all the work & communication James has done to make this a great experience.

We moved to the neighborhood from Kansas City, so this was a big and stressful move for us. Zenia at the front office was always so responsive and helpful throughout the buying process. Damien worked closely with our realtor to make sure the house was ready on time for closing. Once we moved in and did a final walkthrough, he did a great job making sure a few small things were touched up, fixed, or replaced that same week.
