Zach has been amazing and helpful. I do not regret working with Zach and Meritage. Jeremy has been amazing and helpful. This team(Jeremy, Zach and Meritage homes) is the power house of construction in Florida. They came to help as soon as I call them and one thing is Integrity in how they dealt with me in every step of the way. I'm very satisfied!!!

It’s ok few cosmetic things could be done better
It's been a great journey so far. From the original showing of the house all the way through closing you guys have been great. Erica and CJ were both awesome to work with and they were super helpful and responsive, and we love the house.
