This was my first house I ever bought and the process was smooth. All questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, David, Matt, and Chad were amazing at being super responsive and attentive to any need we had.
Being first time new build homeowners, we weren't sure what to expect. Jay has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make our home buying experience smooth, exciting and easy. He has been super responsive. He checks in with us just to make sure all is going well. We did have a few minor issues in the beginning, mostly questions about certain items and he made sure all of our requests were taken care of right away. We could not be happier with Jay's incredible customer service.
I was pleasantly surprised with the house and what came with it (e.g. appliances, window coverings). I didn't have the opportunity to design my home, so my review is limited to the sales person who showed me the house, title, LeeAnn and Spencer. Everyone has been responsive and taken care of any issues that needed resolution. I was impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness to details shows by LeeAnn and Spencer - it felt like they were truly on my side and wanted to ensure my house was perfect.
The process beginning to end was relatively smooth. The walk through were helpful.
