Where the quality of the workmanship is not poor, the quality is quite good--many details and standard options are not found with other home builders. Likewise, the style of the home is unique.

The option process was very disappointing in that it was completely disorganized and we still don't know what options we could have chosen from because when we realized that the process was so disorganized it was too late to pick better options. Separately, the sale representative made statements on numerous occasions that were proven to be incorrect and she subsequently denied ever saying what she had told us. Mitchell & Best rely heavily on vendors; unfortunately, the quality of workmanship many of the vendors' workmanship is underwhelming at best and in other cases unacceptable and embarrassing. Fundamentally, Mitchell & Best is not customer focused.
