Liked Most

The people we worked with were fantastic. Even though there was some confusion on who the primary POC was supposed to be, nobody dropped anything on the floor. Communication was always redirected to the right place. Everyone was very knowledgable and seemed to truly want to build a great product. Also, while I certainly had some issues with some things that weren't included, what was included was done very well. Finishes and craftsmanship was very good. This is the third home we have built, and this was the best experience we have had so far.

Would Change

There are a couple little things that just seem like unnecessary corner cutting that would be easy wins, such as an active Radon system (which only costs $600) and adding an extra electrical outlet or two in the unfinished basement. Also, I am still not happy with the drainage of the home, particularly in the front of the house. The only recommendation about the service I had was my confusion on who the primary POC was supposed to be. It seemed to change during various stages of the home building process but that was never really explicitly stated to us.
