As I wrote before, the house itself is wonderful, with a few things to address. My experience with the salesperson was difficult, often having to remind them of things we had discussed and to send documents for signing or that I needed copies of. It was also not a welcoming experience when i had to go into the office for the selection process or to drop off a cheque.
We love our Pacesetter home. It’s always been our favourite layout of all the homes we looked at. We’re very happy with everything so far. The only downside was we felt things we rushed right before we moved in and there were things that weren’t address before we moved in that should have been. Also if they didn’t rush to finish I believe a lot of our concerns would have be fixed even before we did our walkthrough.
Homes are well built, few things that are not properly intalled: some of laminate flooring are not evenly cut and installed. Doorbell location is not ideal location compare to other homes. Not satisfied with wall paints and missing electrical sockets ie. pantry. And wall paints are not evenlly applied.

Lot of issues and quality wasn't good
We were impressed by how intelligently the floor plan was laid out to maximize both space and comfort. The open-concept main floor is a standout feature. The L-shaped rear kitchen is incredibly functional. One of our favorite aspects is the mudroom off the garage, which keeps the rest of the home clean and organized. Upstairs, the vaulted bonus room is a game-changer. It’s the perfect space for the kids and it’s located to keep everyone connected. The side entrance is a smart addition for future flexibility, especially if we decide to develop a basement suite. Overall, the Birkley model offers a blend of comfort and practicality. It’s clear that Pacesetter put a lot of thought into how families actually live and move through their homes
