We were impressed by how intelligently the floor plan was laid out to maximize both space and comfort. The open-concept main floor is a standout feature. The L-shaped rear kitchen is incredibly functional. One of our favorite aspects is the mudroom off the garage, which keeps the rest of the home clean and organized. Upstairs, the vaulted bonus room is a game-changer. It’s the perfect space for the kids and it’s located to keep everyone connected. The side entrance is a smart addition for future flexibility, especially if we decide to develop a basement suite. Overall, the Birkley model offers a blend of comfort and practicality. It’s clear that Pacesetter put a lot of thought into how families actually live and move through their homes

Great subcontractors…very friendly Again, more and timely communication needed.
Good experience overall but the lack of communication when possession is to be rescheduled is not welcome. Good layout, nice exterior.
I like this home and area which I am getting for home, would have improved few things without doubts mentioned in previous page and will not allow Driveway contractor again who was very rude and done the drive way with his SO CALLED 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND NOT WITH PROPER CONSTRUCTIONS METHOD (No proper binding of steel rod, no proper rebarring, all steel was laid on ground and not kept any stand to adjust the steel. STEEL WORK WAS DONE FOR SHAKE OF DOING AND SHOWING- EXTREMELY POOR). NO SITE SUPERVISOR IS OBSERVING AND PACESETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT READY TO RESPONCE ONTIME.

We are loving our new home beside the quality of interiors doors and all outstanding deficiency list that still needs to be completed. Don't like to chase after paying full money. Service should be provided immediately post possession
Pathetic experience with the Pacesetter customer care.
I love my Pacesetter home - the finishes are beautiful and was able to choose my finishes and features. I worked through the builder's realtor which made the experience between purchase and possession somewhat frustrating and I believe I would have had a better experience working directly with the builder as I received no updates on progress at any point over 6 months. I know the process and experience is never perfect in building a house - a few minor things like poor move-in cleaning, some backordered items, and minimal communication prior to possession are relevant to note, but overall I am very happy with my new home and would recommend Pacesetter.
I am pleased with my Pacesetter Homes purchase. The sales representative was knowledgeable, the timing was ideal, and the home offers high quality at a competitive price.
