The entire experience was fantastic!
Overall, we had a pleasant experience. We had some bumps with our sales person but the other departments of North Ridge were SO helpful and did everything they could to help make the situation better and make sure at the end we had left with a good impression. I really appreciated the level of attention we got towards the end of the build. The bumps we had were outshone by North Ridge going out of their way to make sure it was corrected.

Communication is lacking Walk through at possession was hurried North Ridge missing documents delayed our move in time and this became an us issue. Movers there and ready on our dime. Due to this, time was not provided for thorough review and walk through. After reviewing condo package asked for guidance to install a natural gas fire table. We were given permission from our sales person after checking with her manager. Issue still not finalized as problems with fire sprinkler sensitivity continue. Feel the resolution is intentionally being delayed so it becomes a strata association issue versus a North Ridge issue. Deck repairs remain outstanding. In spite of the issues above we love our new home. This is our first condo and the build had limited flexibility and customization compared to our home build. Follow up delays for 41 units versus 1 home is understandable. A more robust communication plan could alleviate a number of issues and concerns. Again, on a final note, we love our new condo.
