Omg where do I start!! First I’d like to start by saying that my Pacesetter Home is absolutely beautiful! A home with natural light was very important on my must have list. In a Pacesetter Home you don’t even need to turn on a light during the day because there’s tons of windows that allow for natural lighting! The home is so well insulated that I have to try extremely hard to hear outside noise, which is definitely a plus when it comes to heating and cooling. Pacesetter does a 30 day walk through after purchase to allow their buyers the opportunity to address any issues or concerns that they may have, I’ll be honest, there were very few issues and most were minute. In addition to that, the company that Pacesetter hired (Prohome) to do their customers 30 day walk through, basically chased me down to come to the home to address the small issues that I had listed! Talk about Customer Service at its best! I’d also like to mention my Sales Representative Andrea is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! She is very professional, genuine, and knowledgeable. My project Manager was a gem as well! If you would like a quality home with a builder who has integrity before and after your purchase, be sure to purchase a Pacesetter Home!!!

The whole process of buying our home with Pacesetter was beautiful. Dustin, who is the sales agent with Pacesetter, was awesome to work with and made sure that everything was done well. The buying and the closing processes were great. Kevin, the building manager, was very helpful and on top of things. The house is well-built and comfortable to live in. Pacesetter Homes has been recommended by us to all our friends.

Mitchell our sales rep out of the Keenland Community was absolutely amazing! There are two other builders in this development and my wife and I looked at all 3. Mitchell was by far the most knowledgeable and professional out of all the sales reps which is why it made it the easy choice of choosing Pacesetter Homes.
Justin and Andrew have been great to work with. They have both been very attentive and patient. They have resolved any issue that has come up in a timely manner. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Sincerely, Yvan & Renata
Only person who has been very responsive is the Sales agent Stephanie. Quality aspect is just ok overall. Cabinets are not superior quality, appliances, faucets etc are the same. Had found quite a few issues during the initial walk thru and all of them were not addressed ever during the pre closure walk through and when I tried to show them to their Project manager he just tried to make a call and went away and never came back. No we are almost near the 30 day walk through. Even now only two of those issues were addressed that too only after me following up with the warranty provider. I am not confident at all if those issues will be fixed at all even after the 30 day walk thru.
Dustin was wonderful and extremely helpful. He made the process so much better. My sink has an issue but hopefully will be taken care of soon.
