Its a beautiful home and very least number of defects. Close to none. Never had to use a blue tape. I am totally happy with my purchase and i would recommend pacesetter for new home buyers

Great and easy experience
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am a second time home builder and this was horrible. After having several ongoing issues and mistakes, I reached out to corporate only to be completely ignored. I have already given my review to 3 other families looking to build with Pacesetter that are going a different direction because of our experience. Something should have been made right on Pacesetters end.
