The process before posession was great. Kelsey was fantastic to work with. After possession, the experience felt more like we were on our own. Couldn't get customer service on phone. Had to be back and forth by email, and we felt like we had to really justify needing to contact them. The after possession experience could be better.

Our overall experience was great! There were a few hiccups along the way as there is with any building process however, if there were issues that could be addressed and corrected, Pacesetter was prompt with making sure it was done. Overall, we would recommend Pacesetter to anyone!

Pacesetter made building a brand-new home a fun and exciting experience (which it should be!). I never had to worry that they weren't doing an awesome job, and when minor mistakes were made, they fixed them immediately - no questions asked. If you're considering building a home, I definitely recommend Pacesetter.

My home buying experience with Pacesetter Homes is extremely awful. The sales person "Matt" completed the purchase paper work totally wrong and when asked to meet and correct, he very disrespectfully responded that "I am not meeting with you. I don't have time for this". Then I arranged to have my file transferred to another sales person "Kelsey" and she corrected all the mistakes " Matt" created. The quality person "Joel" noted down the things to fix in our walk through 1 week before possession and when we get the possession, somethings were not fixed and there were new things came up to be fixed. Those were noted down on the possession sheet with site supervisor "Peter" and never get fixed by Pacesetter Homes. Now its more than 90 days passed by and will be sending Pacesetter homes list of more things to fix at the 90 days mark. Secondly, the contractor folks Pacesetter Homes send to complete the seasonal items, are extremely disrespectful towards me and said 'F' words to me and showed fighting behaviour with me at my property. I am extremely disappointed with Pacesetter Homes.
