My first house [redacted] laundry wasn't installed, I had to pay to install and it was a sad experience my second purchase [redacted] had a whole lot of back and forth, and it is saddening to experience such.
The issues I have are more around the quality of the home finishings. For example, poor drywall & trim work and finishing (drains installed poorly and shower faucet upside down). I looked at a Fiorante home for example and the quality of finishing is superior. I also emailed the customer care on February 7th with outstanding issues and have not been contacted yet. Zoe was great to deal with however. Drainage is an issue as there is a pool of water under the deck which I knew would be as it slopes towards the home which I will correct in the spring.
5/5 I will definitely buy with pacesetters home again and again
I got value for my money, and from the start of the process, Derrek guided me through it professionally.
Overall, my experience with Pacesetter Homes has been very disappointing and far more stressful than I ever expected. The only positive part of the process was dealing with our sales representative, Zoe, who was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. They made the buying process smooth and pleasant, unfortunately, everything after that fell short. Once construction began, it became clear that the focus was on speed rather than quality. Several issues identified during the home inspection were left unresolved, and after possession, getting anything fixed has been exhausting. Customer service is slow, often provides incorrect or contradictory information, and sometimes ignores emails completely. The construction manager, Sean was dismissive and unprofessional, when we said we would escalate the sump pit issue to the authorities if not resolved, he simply replied, “reach whoever you like.” Even reaching out to the sales manager, Kim, didn’t help, as it quickly became clear that everyone — sales, construction, and customer service — operates as one tightly connected team, protecting each other instead of helping the homeowner. It’s disheartening that what should have been an exciting milestone turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and disappointment.
The promise of a Pacesetter home is not the reality of the delivered product.
I loved working with pacesetter and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! My home is beautiful and well done, they are quick to answer any questions or concerns.

We feel it’s too soon to make recommendations as work is not yet complete & we have not seen the durability of materials used
