Overall experience is a 8 out of 10 my only feedback is the third party painters didn’t do a great job at all. All edges and corners are horrible but the home itself is excellent
i am a first time home buyer, Parkside Builders were great at working with my realtor and sorting out any major problems.
My sales rep, Coby, was fantastic! He was always on the ball and responsive to any request I had. For a person buying a home from over 500 miles away, physical sight unseen, Coby took the time to send me videos and update the process along the way. Sometime you just know when you know who you can trust. Thanks Coby.
