Would Change

I am hoping that a lot of the ground/lot issues we are having are due to how busy the contractors have been during COVID-19. We are so disappointed in the excavator especially. We have had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. Some examples of this were; the well was below the grade of the property, water line to RV pad that was ordered and paid for was not provided, insufficient soil placed around septic tank and flooding all over our yard. Flooding of the front yard and well due to poor grading of the driveway and very little gravel was provided under the home for blocking and around the skirting. Fun fact: The excavator for the property was also the previous owner of the land.
