The punch list has been very difficult getting completed and the response once you close is minimal. I had two separate appointments where nobody showed up. Things are not completed. You can’t get anybody on the phone or response. Very disappointed.
Experience would have been better if we had a good construction superintendent who actually supervised and oversaw each process to avoid any major issues. Now we have closed (when there was still outstanding items) and damage has been done since then that the warrant refuses to address. Terrible experience. We did, however really like Ira and that was probably the one enjoyable experience we had.
Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with Providence Homes. Although we've had a few minor things crop up during our build and post move-in, the team at Providence Homes has been amazing at keeping us informed and addressing each and every issue. They have been super helpful throughout the entire process!
Upon arriving at the sales office in Palm Crest, we were greeted by Will. He spoke with us about our needs and wants in a new home and then selected several homes to show us. He had vast knowledge of each home, and he was able to answer our questions thoroughly and accurately. As we went through the buying process, we feel like he was there each step of the way. He was easy to reach in case we had a question or needed clarification. Will communicated throughout to make sure everything was okay. We were also more than thrilled to work with Keegan. He's a very kind and thoughtful person, and we appreciate his knowledge and sincerity . Because we bought an inventory home, we didn't work with him throughout the entire building process, but nonetheless he made us feel like our home was built just for us. He "introduced" us to our new home and explained everything brilliantly, We feel like he worked diligently to get the home ready for us to our satisfaction. Keegan also was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. And, Kristy Bell is beyond amazing. She is super effective at educating homeowners and really making us feel empowered in taking care of our homes. She has such deep knowledge and is able to explain in an easy to understand manner how to troubleshoot issues when necessary and how to maintain the systems and components of a home. She inspires trust and confidence. And, she has such as passion for what she does. Kristy is also a very effective communicator---she never leaves one guessing or confused. She's makes clear what comes next in the process. I think the way she explains things makes it better for everyone down the line. All in all, our overall experience has been extremely positive.
