Best Experience ever, from 1st time I walked into office everyone was willing help. Awesome customer service all the way around.
Several things have not been completed or fixed in my home. I have not been here, but 30 days have called and request several times from project manager.(Zack) For sending someone out to fix things that should’ve been fixed before I moved into my home. I cannot get Anyone out to fix or complete the things with the home that should’ve been completed before I moved in. The project manager always says someone will be by today, but no one ever shows up. Very poor professionalism in my opinion does not make for a great selling point for moving into this subdivision.
