I have issues that are not resolved. 2 weeks ago, I spoke with Ernest who was very nice. My issue is not warranty related. He was to turn it over to Andy supervisor. I have not heard from her. I guess you have my money so i dint matter. This is the sentiment throughout the community right now.

Our journey to being first time home owners was a rough road until we came to Raisch Coleman. They worked with us to secure a new property with an outstanding apr.
Overall was a very pleasant experience. Charity was very transparent in the progress of the build. Brian is always super helpful anytime I need him. Great Job!
My overall experience was excellent
Because it is new construction there are several issues that has come to light...i.e., no screens on the windows, having to move the door over so I can put my washer/dryer in. Cable wasn't ready and we are still not on GPS. Moisture between the pane's on my window and they may leak.
Maya was AMAZING! With us being a first time home buyer she helped us with any questions we had late nights early mornings she was there every step of the way.
