I'm a 1st time home buyer and I had a lot of concerns but once I met with Radeena everything changed. She offered the best customer service you could ask for. Radeena and Jamie had been the best.

I worked with Jill and Jamie. My Jonesboro experience started with Jill on a Saturday morn in Dec. She took me on a Walk-a-paloosa through around 10 different homes in the two Jonesboro communities. It was fast and furious and VERY fun - done in under two hours because I came in on Friday night after work and had to drive 7 hours back home Saturday evening to prep my existing house for Listing two days later. By the time I got on the road back home, I knew which house I wanted. The funny thing is Jill knew which house I wanted before she let me in to tour it. I met Jamie (Field Manager) via FaceTime when we did my initial walk through of my house. Talk about a fun experience! I see him out in the field here as RC builds more in the community. He's always super friendly, helpful and always asks if all is well. RC is the way to go. Jill and Jamie both were extremely responsive - no matter how funny my questions were. RC connected me with their strategic alliance partner at Lendlo Mortgage who also did an outstanding job. The communications between RC, Lendlo, the title company and my existing out-of-state home (agent, title company and mortgage companies, etc) - just wow. It could not have been any more seamless than it was. Everything was amazing from the get-go. Before settling on Jonesboro, my first RC contact was Justin. I had no idea what area of Arkansas I was going to choose, so Justin set me up with various sales professionals in all their AR areas. 5 different contacts reached out to me within 24 hours - and all were extremely courteous, professional and eager to help me while also understanding I wasn't sure on location yet. No one was overly pushy, and all were most interested in me finding the best house and best city for me. RC has helped me start the next fabulous chapter of my life. Really a great team at RC.

We couldn’t possibly be anymore pleased and impressed with our overall experience. From the very beginning Jill took incredible care of us and helped us through the process. Jaimie then guided us through the build. At all times he had our best interest in mind, and made sure everything was completed just the way we liked it. Between the two of them, this home buying and building experience was an absolute breeze. We are grateful for y’all’s work and absolutely love our home.
It is a value home for a great price. Perfect for what we needed.
