To slow down on new builds and make sure things won’t fall apart. The sod was not done correctly, the spare bathtub is separating and the cabinets are only glued together and falling apart. Door hinges are sliding out of place.

I would recommend Rausch Coleman to those looking for a good first time or starter home. I believe there are aspects where corners are cut in the home, but I also recognize that you are getting what you pay for as the cost is significantly lower than most other homes in the area.
The experience was good overall. Just make sure when you buy a home from Rausch Coleman that you get it professionally inspected rather than the city. City just passed everything. But the overall experience was good
