This is my 3rd Rausch Coleman home I've purchased. Whitney and Josh were great working with I'll recommend both of them any time. Keep up the good work!!

Was a good experience, everything happiness a timely manner
Lacey was amazing. She helped us every step of the way. She never once complained about how many questions we text or called her with. She made sure all of our questions were answered. Lacey was still super helpful after closing when we were still waiting on a yard to be laid a week later. She kept us in the loop every step of the way.
Overall experience was satisfactory, there is just more I wish I knew from beginning to end (wasn’t given any options to upgrade anything even though it had not been completed yet(never would have chosen flat paint, would have upgraded but not offered). Once moved in, limited response to list of things that needed fixing before closing - still one item open that has not been addressed - submitted warranty claim - they came but didn’t fix it
The walkway to the front door is not graded correctly. After a rain, water pools at the front door. Slow evaporation is now causing an algae buildup and potential foundation damage. This problem was pointed out at the pre-closing inspection on 5/23/24 and several times after. It has been 7 weeks and have received nothing but excuses from RCH. I cannot reach my front door without walking through a puddle that now has algae growing in it.

So far our experience has been awesome. We are super pleased with our new home.
Our home buying process was amazing. Both Josh and Whitney provided us with details and updates from the beginning to the end. I wouldn’t trade them for anything and look forward to purchasing our forever home within the next 5 years.
