The house was not complete. No garage door opener. No ladder to attic. Garage walls not painted. No ceiling fans. I was told there wasn't value in those things but the convenience of having those things for all the money I spent on a new house is annoying. I had to take off work to have those things installed. It's just a huge inconvenience for the price of the home.

Some of the things to be corrected that were found on inspection were not completed before closing when I was promised they would be. Whitney contacted me and made everything right. She even came by my house after I had been moved in about a week and gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles.
My experience with buying and living in my Rausch Coleman home has been amazing. It has been a great and easy process working with Rausch Coleman’s team. There is only one issue I’ve had with my home and that’s with the hot water heater. Sometimes my water won’t stay warm and when I reset the hot water heater it usually takes all day for it to heat my water up.
Made our first-time-home buying experience very pleasant and easy!

I shopped at several different properties. I wanted a natural gas heating and range. I only found it in Bauxite. Central heat only. I was so impressed with Amanda and her service. She had remembered a phone conversation from a month earlier. She met us on her day off and showed us all her inventory. She is the reason we bought a home in Searcy.
