The rear siding is warping. Was not able to address before closing. Warranty process has not resolved it yet. Next time we will hold off closing until remedied.

Overall the experience was great! We are having a issue with getting our mailbox, because the numbering on cluster is not correct(our house is not on the cluster) but working with USPS with this. Other than that, no issues! Very responsive and great to work with.
Simple and easy
Not all items from walk-thru were fixed by closing. Will delay closing next time until fixed. Warranty process has not been as responsive as hoped with wavy vinyl siding on rear.
In spite of conversations before closing, and with warranty team after closing, rear siding is still wavy, and debris trap has not been removed from rear door. This is our 4th property in this subdivision and Rausch normally does a GREAT job, so this is unusual.

3 weeks after closing Multiple lights not working. Garage light, living room lights, backyard patio lights and front door lights not working as well as washer. Raise warranty request (Service Request 06782020) and have not heard back . Seems like house have electric issue.
