I wouldn’t recommend anyone a Rausch Coleman house. I say that because not even a month of living at my house. My pipes get “clogged” and sewage water comes up through the house and it stinks and it gets everywhere. And all I could get is next time don’t clog your pipes. The customer service was unprofessional and it really seamed like they didn’t care. Because when one of the representatives called me back. They said that clogging isnt an emergency. Excuse yeah let me go under ground and look at the pipes. Make it make sense it doesn’t how do you know if there is clog if sewage just starts coming up after taking a shower please. Also there “emergency” number didn’t call back till 7 hours later. How is that an emergency number never in my life I had to wait for an emergency number to call me back. The whole experience really ruined it for me and it really just shows that all they care about is putting money in their pockets. I spent hours cleaning up and buying fans and towels to soak up the mess. I feel robbed
Roger was great at punch list items of which there many at closing and beyond..
everything was rushed, then personal reasons were the causes of bad experiences from the realtors part, handing keys was a pain, i found out the materials for the homes used in the kitchen are less than $100 a 4 ft piece, imperfections with brand new floor in the house already sticking up before moving in it was like that and no one cared apparently. no options were given to me in building my "dream home" as supposedly promised, I can't even open my kitchen windows because I was not informed the kitchen windows didn't open..I had to argue for them to give me a home with a garage and a garage opener, which should be standard in every home since you are paying $245,000. Lenders first said there is no downpayment only to tell me there is 2 days before closing. Handing the keys alone took more than 4 days after closing, handing mail box keys took about 2 weeks, it is very horrible experience for an experienced realtor like rausch coleman, I had purchased a RC home back in 2006 and my experience then was far from what it is now in 2025 I can say instead of upgrading realtors it felt like a major downgrade, but what's done is done. Just an experience.
I love our home. There are little things that have popped up and most have been addressed. There were what appears to be some paint splatters across the home. I feel like small things like that could be taken care of. A little more attention to little things like that. Overall, great experience so far.
Larry was very responsive through close. Since I closed remotely I was not aware of the drainage issues. Aiden was responsive about getting an electrical short fixed at a courtesy visit after close. Carson became involved with the drainage issue starting with that visit. None of them have responded to inquiries after the French drain was installed. There have only been a few days without standing water in the back yard since close.
Adriana was an absolute gem. I have spoke of my experience and recommended her and your company to so many. Our builder took extra care of us. And My brother is looking to buy next!

The rear siding is warping. Was not able to address before closing. Warranty process has not resolved it yet. Next time we will hold off closing until remedied.
