Lance and Laci were FABULOUS. As a first time home buyer and 22 year old woman, I was obviously not well-versed in this process and the ins and outs of it all. But they kept me in the loop, explained things to me in a way that I would understand, and always made sure I was satisfied. They were always efficient and attentive to my needs and my many questions. My home was finished and ready to move in much earlier than I originally anticipated which relieved so much stress. Any questions I had after move in they also answered in a timely manner. All I had to do was shoot either one of them a text and they replied within minutes. They are both incredible and I would highly recommend working with both of them to anyone.

Our only complaint is the grading in the back yard. It is away from the home but is standing water for more the 48 hours after any significant rain. I have talked to Shane about this and he said he has reached out to the warranty department as well as gave me the contact information for the warranty.

Zach worked his tail off to make sure we closed on time and that Rausch Coleman helped with our closing costs. Excited to have this freshly built home and in 5 to 10 years we may even be able to get a different home when profiting from this one. Thank you

First, Zach and Brandon are amazing. They really care. I do believe and know that. Ok. So, these comments needs to go to the higher/highest level of management. A few items we are very frustrated with #1 The back porch. Some homes get a normal porch with awning. The houses that don't get a BASIC covered porch, get a pathetic excuse for wooden steps (my wife and I laugh at this wheelchair looking contraption). We would rather not even have it. I guarantee everyone in this neighborhood would have loved to finance/pay for that little extra to get the same BASIC porch as everyone else. Wuuuuut?!?! It creates and environment of terrible looking backyards. Everyone here has their patio furniture on straight grass in the sun. Some have kitchen tables. "SPEC" HOME. Laughable term. It's a professional term for BS. Wild. If y'all could just see this. Looks ridiculous. I 100% make enough to finance it or I guess just make it my own project and add one. Do the shingled roof and everything. Sigh. Ppppppplease change that. #2 the thermostat. The placement of it is the MOST ridiculous place ever. First night I got up to change the air temperature, I had to walk the maze basically to the other side of the house. RIDICULOUS #3 the plugins are in really weird place. We hate spacing (minor issue unlike the back porch) To sum it up, seriously think about the person who is buying the home and not what's easiest for you guys the builder. Many situations like the porch (at the highest priority) and the plugins (at just a minor inconvenience) made us feel like from the highest level of management or whoever designed DID NOT THINK ABOUT US at all.
