My experience with my sales associate has been good. It’s disappointing to pay for a brand new home that doesn’t have some basic things like gutters, outdoor garage lights, drawer pulls/knobs, fencing, sidewalk is scarred and looks bad, etc. The price of the Edmond homes is/are well above several other of your communities so to not have these items is surprising. The home was built very fast but I’d also take a few more weeks to finalize so a little more attention to detail could be done. Overall it has been a good experience but have some items for improvement. I appreciate that the RC individuals I’ve worked with are responsive and knowledgeable.
