I had the best first time home buying experience!
We noticed some flaws after moving in. We bought one of the last homes built in this community and feel like they rushed to get it done. Also 3 different types of sod was put down in the backyard and they were sloppy at doing the concrete slab out back.
Great house and they fixed the issues before we moved in.
I purchased a home right when Rauch Coleman was acquired by Lennar. Lennar seemed to be very unprofessional and the quality control is lacking.
