they have addressed every issue so far. the only downside is a Tahoe and 4 door truck will not fit in the garage. i would of loved to have that info during the buying process. love the area and community. also wish you would look into metal fences. we have a lake home in Eufaula Ok. fence looks new after 20 years. our 12 grand fence is bowing after 4 months as well as the park next door its 5 months old. most fences look like crap already in a new community. i could have gotten metal for half price. and match the color of the brick. the wood is being produced to fast now days, its not the 60s and 70s wood. lol. but we love it here.
It was a good experience for first time home buyers, but there was an incident between the seller and higher ups regarding helping us with 4,000 closing cost. after we signed the initial document, a few days later they sent another document for us to sign saying they would only pay 2,000 for the closing cost. well daphne fought so hard for us to get them to honor what they said to the closing cost and not pull out last minute. we got the 4,000 closing help but it made it very sus how they tried to change it in another document thinking we wouldn’t see it…. only down fall so read your documents and pay close attention to the numbers.
This has been a great experience from start to finish. Everyone has been very helpful with everything we have needed in a timely manner!
My salesman, Chase, was excellent! My original builder was reassigned halfway through the process and I was assigned a new builder. I have had multiple issues and felt like I was a priority or seemed as if my issues were not important
