The overall design is nice but there are spaces in caulking which causes gapping, the yard and water flow is really bad as all water from the house next to mine flows to my yard and then flows to street, the fencing is awful using nails instead of screws and really makes a huge difference seeing how every neighbor has dogs and having to go back through each one and redo them.

We started the process with Rausch Coleman but finished with Lennar. We were satisfied with Rausch Coleman and all the people involved but was ready to throw in the towel with Lennar. If it wasn't for my wife, I would have walked away from this house. Noone knew what the other was doing at any point during this process. The field personnel from original salesman to the builder were fantastic. Most likely would not buy another home with Lennar involved.
My experience was not optimal. Various inconveniences beginning with the builder’s sales agent showing up almost an hour late the day of my scheduled inspection and my appliances not being installed prior to my inspection. After inspection and blue tape walks, various issues from my inspection report were still not addressed or resolved by closing day. I closed on 2/6/25 and had ongoing builder repairs happening until 5/2/25, almost 3 months after closing day. It delayed my move so I was not able to fully use my home and completely enjoy my first home buying experience.

Good and Smooth experience overall
They are going out of business and we had a terrible experience with the flooring and with switching the office people at all steps of our buy
Moving in was quick and easy. There are some things (caulk issues, uneven paint, etc.) that aren’t ideal but nothing major.
