Claire has been great on the sales side, showing us all of the design selections for our home, ensuring we were able to close on the home and lot we wanted, answering many questions, and directing us to the different Robuck team members. Sean has been awesome on the build side, giving us updates, doing the multiple inspections/walkthroughs, patiently reviewing the Warranty agreement and other information in the Redbook and answering our questions. He has been very responsive and fair in addressing all of our issues from the initial pre-close punch list through our 60-day warranty work list.
Working with Elise was great, she was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. We wish there would have been better communication on the schedule of our build with our builder and we wish the upgrades/selections process to installation could have been smoother. It would be great if Robuck would invest in a virtual simulator type experience so future homeowners could get an idea of what their selections could potentially look like in their home.
Sales was excellent at keeping us informed of availability of the property and in advising of the process steps for purchasing . John is amazing and truly cares about how well you like your home and your level of satisfaction. He genuinely cares about the customer and does all he can to make things right. Chip was very willing to work with us as we worked to sell 2 properties in order to position ourselves to buy in Seaforth. We love the design and the exterior/setting they created for us. We also love the interior layout and use of space as well as many of the upgrades such as the IR treatment in the HVAC and the filter on the well as we as the tankless water heater. The appliance package is quite nice and the fireplaces are great. We also love the pantry/scullery area. The white paint throughout is tougher to make cozy without painting for us and we have upgraded many of the light fixtures. No floor outlet in the large family room where floating furniture is mandatory was a miss. We have also noticed the cabinet doors can only be opened one at a time if side by side due to the close alignment of the hinge system. But the cabinets are beautiful. Our inspection did find a small number of misses in the rafters and joists but those were appropriately addressed by Robuck. Overall a great experience, a wonderful engagement team and a deep concern for our delight in the house. We do love it!
My wife, daughter, son and I could not be happier with our Robuck home. Our builder, Josh was incredible. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and always readily available to answer and any all questions and meet every one of our needs. Our sales rep, Claire was also a joy to work with. Claire was available day and night and on her days off for us whenever we needed her. She made our experience smooth and fun. My family and I could not imagine living anywhere else and we are so happy to raise our family in our Robuck built forever home. 5 stars, 10/10!
Poor finish quality. Hastily made. It’s sad because the home designs are beautiful, but they hire cheap labor as opposed to skilled craftspeople for the finishing touches that matter the most. Lots of dents and dings in woodwork, paint splotches and half completed painting. Contracted Landscapers rush also and don’t do. Rey thorough or functional work.
Robuck has been very easy to work with through our buying experience and after move-in. The house is very well built, and they are responsive as we go along with each step in their process.

Very great experience overall! When issues came up, they were fixed promptly or addressed in a timely manner on site.
New build yet paint and many of the finishes are messy and even mid-low level “flip” to rent finishings. Doors fraying, globs of paint/glue throughout entire home at doors, door frames, etc…. Seemingly “hurried” through final in order to get home to market as I do not see how numerous professionals doing a walkthrough, would sign off on all these issues. We are also now on our 3rd “known” roofing issue due to leaks
