Since we moved from across the country and couldn’t be present during construction, I need to commend the construction manager on his communication with us during the process. It was greatly appreciated!

Owner never called after a gas explosion in the house . Rendering new home unusable promised a fair outcome never heard anything if not for John the supervisor we would have taken them to court and made public how they drilled into the gas pipes .

I had a great experience in the buying/new homeowner process with Robuck. Nicholas exceeded my expectations throughout this process. Buying a home is intimidating but Nicholas has been excellent at walking me through the process and getting any issues resolved almost immediately. He has cared about my home like it was his own.
Our builder John has been wonderful and we are very happy with our decision to buy a Robuck home.

We were lucky to have Scott as our PM for our home. He was very responsive and professional. Also we enjoyed working with Carolyn in designing our home. There are improvements areas like communication on discontinued items..
Initially had issues with the HVAC leaking and roof leaking; however, Robuck was very responsive and worked diligently to repair the problems. The quality of the build is extremely impressive.
It has been such an amazing experience working with Nick. He’s been so helpful and so accommodating. We are very pleased with our experience!
