Joe & Brandy were a pleasure to work with-true professionals at every stage of the process. The overall quality of the home could be better- I feel the pantry shelves are a bit wonky, the interior doors are cheap and it seems if you just brush the walls it leaves a mark. On the exterior there is a noticeable dent in the gutter from the workers, separation of the siding and the trim appears to have been just slapped together and not secured. Besides that, we do like our home.

I would highly recommend S&A Homes to any home buyers. As our first new construction home, it was gratifying to deal with a builder that produces a quality home at a relatively affordable price.

Our realtor brought us to this home and we knew right away it was the right place for us. It's a great house in a beautiful neighborhood. We feel very fortunate.

I previously wrote that Preston was extremely helpful and really cared about the quality of his work. Walked me through how things operate on the final walk through. As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to do and he slowed it down and made me feel I could ask any question without sounding dumb.
