Our sales representative and our product manager were excellent at explaining the process in being communicative the whole time. Our home is beautiful. I’m excited to raise my family here.
We worked with Andrea and Rich in Shippensburg. After moving in, we watched a neighboring home being constructed and could then understand the quality of the homes built by S and A. (We lived a distance away and could not be here frequently to watch our home being constructed,)
Overall our experience was a good one. However, the homes go up very quickly and we would have preferred more walk throughs and updates throughout our building process.
