Despite a few hiccups, we are very pleased with our home and the experience with S&A. I think our initial issues could have been satisfied with better communication, but given the chance to build again, I do feel confident in saying we chose the right home builder. Our project manager, Dave, is the best out there. He was helpful and easy to talk to. He absolutely made the experience the best for us. One suggestion moving forward is to not assume that the buyer knows anything at all about building. Our light switches are in very inconvenient places, windows were moved and never really discussed, bathroom closets are in a terrible spot and hard to use behind directly behind doors - little things like this could be easily fixed by having a more indepth blueprint talk. I think it's easy to forget that buyers aren't looking at these kinds of things everyday. With all that being said, the house is absolutely gorgeous and we are very lucky to have found S&A Homes.

We have had a positive experience with the S&A Homes personnel. We’ve only been in our home a couple of months, and are very happy so far. We’ve had compliments on the quality of our home and feel confident that we will continue to be pleased.
