Great experience! Wish our plot wasn't used for dumping cement trucks though and not all blue tape items still incomplete. Thankful to be a home owner and thankful for Simmons, but needs some fine tuning in their processes.

The bank rushed us to close before our house was ready. Still many outstanding items pending. Once we closed Simmons disappeared.
Simmons teams is very responsive, focus on details. They replied to every question, concern or doubt we had in a very fast and satisfactory way. They helped us giving recommendations for our new home until we got what we needed. Simmons team guided us thorough the steps from lot selection, model, design.... They were very open during the construction period to show us the property, they sent important progress updates.... We are very satisfied with the service overall.

This home feels like an old friend, even though it's newly constructed. By "old friend," I mean that the longer I live here, the more comfortable and at home I feel. The structure, room layout, design, and materials seem to be thoughtfully crafted with the needs of my family in mind. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but Simmons Homes provides a wonderful warranty system for the first year. This allows me to adjust to my new home gradually, much like making a new friend step by step. I've been personalizing my home, and whenever I notice a defect, such as a scratch or a protruding nail, I contact the warranty team. They send the best handyman to ensure my home becomes my perfect sanctuary.
