The entire building process was excellent and our sales representative (Christian) was very responsive throughout. The only negative with the process was that we did not think the trim paint matched up with what we chose and we did not get an opportunity to fix it. We felt as if the process came to an abrupt completion without any follow through to our concern. Nobody seemed interested in working with us to make it right. It was all about contracts vs. customer satisfaction. Other than that the experience was good.
We had an incredible experience from start to finish! Our Design Studio experience was fantastic! We really appreciated the updates from the superintendent throughout the build process as well.

The lady with home warranty respond very fast, but we can not have an efficient answer, we always get we will get back to you when we have any update, but no update. Overall quality is okay, we pay for a lot of upgrades, but quite a few work turns out not satisfied, we are still waiting on warranty to correct a lot pending repairs. We are not satisfied with home warranty work performance outcome. The fact is that we are still waiting on issues to be fixed since January, we are talking about 6 months of inefficiency planning, we are waiting on the sod company to cover some more grass from winter to summer, and we are still have no answer yet.
Overall our experience with Simmons was a good one. Working with Randi was incredible and we are grateful we settled in Magnolia Ridge. There are a few things we were not completely pleased with. We were disappointed in the painting job that was completed in our home. It was clear that certain things were rushed and paint is starting to chip in certain areas. There are also spots on our floors that are heavily scratched from install.

The overall experience has been great! The only issue I’ve encountered to this point is finding some minor damage around the house, mainly inside, but because the walk through has been completed, it’s not covered by the warranty department. If it wasn’t for that issue, I would have gave all 5’s!
Overall I would say our experience was good. We had a hard time getting promptly responses in time or was given correct information. We had to go out of our way to either get documents or have stuff explained to us that we feel like should have been common. We enjoy our home and love it and the value of it. It was the beginning stage of things that were just hard for us.
