We had a great experience in the buying/building/finalizing of our home. John, agent, was extremely kind and timely with communication and updates. Jake, builder/manager, was responsive, informative and overall very nice to work with. He went over and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns we had relating to our home, even after closing! He’s checked in and followed up on different issues or questions we’ve had in the last month or so since moving in.

From start to finish, the staff at Stanley Martin, Zanes Creek were responsive and professional. I was given consistent, realistic progress updates. So far, very happy with the build quality.
