Disappointed
We love our new home. We were touring multiple homes but knew this house was for us the moment we saw it.
I have really liked the realtor Lisa waking me through the process and I so happy with her response and experience because of her dedication and she new what we were looking for we bought the beautiful show home and we love it
Take extra care while installing kitchen and rang hood vent etc.
It was a great and long expected process. It would be nice the planning team can provide estimates in a more timely manner.
Our home took 22 months to finish. No proper communication was given unless I had reached out. No compensation or apologies for delays. It’s been over 60 days of possession and I am still unfortunately waiting for 10+ unfinished items.
We have so many troubles on customizing homes. We have never given certain options . We dos mention on changes questions
We are impressed with the workmanship and quality of our home and Dave was instrumental in the process.
