Overall i am dissatisfied with the builder as they rushed to give posession without doing the proper QA of house, missing or loose shiglngles, space in sidings, kitchen cabinets broken, bathroom cabinets broken, leakage started innbath tub, slow in seasonal work specially delay in grading, delaying the overall exterior work

Best value for money amongst custom home builders, overall happy with the home. But the service/care is reflected in the price and somewhat lacking.
