My overall experience with Sterling Homes has been great, I can’t say anything bad. My gutter was incomplete, but the ServiceQ guy came by today and said that it would be fixed. No complaints from the first 30 days of ownership.

The house is amazing. During the process of buying, communication between sterling and home buyers was the greatest. Sterling failed to provide information on appliances and this caused an issue in the beginning but sterling was able to resolve this in 2 weeks. The house has been great so far.
