Our home buying journey was impressively smooth with Sterling. Very responsive and exceptional customer service. Adding the Virtuo app experiance to the whole mix made our journey even easier with several complimentary services that we are still enjoying even after closing the deal. Sterling Homes has been quite good overall to me. They are a great builder and make a good quality home. I think that there was some slight mishaps with warranty related items in my new spec home but I think that overall thats to be expected with any new build and Sterling has been good thus far at working on those items. Brenden in warranty has been fantastic and pleasant to work with, Lauren and Alix in sales were also fantastic in the show home.

Our experience with Sterling Homes has been very disappointing. Not only did they refuse to honor their referral program after we brought friends to buy a home, but when we reached out, they ignored us completely. On top of that, after moving in, we discovered the home was built with poor quality. Overall, very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Nicole and Alexis were great in the sales centre in providing updates! We are still waiting on a few things since we moved in but most things are starting to be scheduled now. Still have not recieved a call from trecc for our doorbell and Alexa
