The parking stalls seem to have been marked with no intention of the driver to exit and re enter. They are very small and provide a challenge to get in and out of one’s vehicle. My neighbour actually left me a note once saying I wasn’t parked properly because she could hardly get in her vehicle. Only to realize later that I was within the parameters of my stall. They are just impossible to navigate. I think this warrants a revisiting of the size of each stall.

Everything is great but the construction delay. The Walk-Through felt to be rushed; I’m pretty sure I was told the two filters that need to be replaced would be provided for the first time but I only found one in the condo when I moved in.

As long as possession date is flexible then building a home is suitable otherwise much better to buy move in ready homes to avoid delays and stress of not having a place to stay or resorting to hotels or airbnbs
