The PDI and building process is severely flawed, my wifes concerns were not taken seriously, she was dismissed or ignored often. Concerns have continued not to be addressed. Shoddy workmanship, shortcut taken. Piping installed backward, furnace not programmed properly and as such AC was inadequate. Water heater was not properly installed, 2 weeks of no hot water was unacceptable. PDI issues were not fixed. Carpet nailing strips poorly installed has had kids stabbed in the feet multiple times. Faulty electrical in all bathrooms cause flickering lights despite new bulbs. Potential fire hazard. All issues brought forth are not being looked at until almost 90 days after move in. Absolutely atrocious responce time and does not seem to care about the buyer once they've been moved into the house. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the process

I love our Tweed model because it’s a Bungalow and impressive cathedral ceiling. Lowe that we got a premium lot no neighbours in the back I really appreciate being served in French. Tartan Rep was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable. and very professional! Tartan Rep went above & beyond to help, advise and accommodate us.

The step from front hallway into main living area has sent 2 people to the hospital, the last one by ambulance with 2 broken bones. They should build the house level with no small step. This is a liability issue for this house.

It would help to have at time frame as to when the exterior work can happen. I know it is hard to book them but some timeline would help and ease the wait.

The service department is very responsive and try their best to line up the required Trade as soon as they can. Overall Tartan people do care to fix the reported issue. It has been a pleasant experience working with the Tartan Rep!.

I would change the Design Centre process slightly to allow buyers more time for selections, and more access to the designers.

Excellent sales service by Tartan sales team. As a first-time home buyer, I did not know much about the home buying process. Tartan Representative explained everything and took the time to answer my questions. He gave me clear, honest answers and was always available throughout the whole process. The entire sales team was very friendly and approachable. I felt very comfortable from the moment I first entered the sales centre. Their approach was a major factor in my decision to buy a Tartan home. In addition, I found Tartan't designs and floorplans excellent - they are spacious and functional for everyday living. I also was impressed by the model homes - I really liked the fact that one model home was designed using the available standard features.

I am absolutely happy about my home and the service provided by Tartan., but I would definitely prefer the colour of the bricks to be like the model house

The most I like is the lay out . They perfectly use the space that makes the house more attractive, and also Tartan has the best team very friendly.

Love the home, some finishings were noticeably rushed. The lack of transparency and actual customer care that came from the Sales staff was abrasive, condescending and surprisingly rude. My wife and I are first time home buyers, and had heard nothing but amazing things about the quality of work that goes into building a Tartan home. The sales process was the complete opposite. At the end of the day we are happy with the finished product and location, however, I would sincerely hesitate recommending a Tartan home to many people who I know are in the market right now, simply based on the disinterest of the Sales Staff and indifference they have towards their customers.

The Design Center reps were fantastic. Courteous, polite and informative. The service reps have been great as well. The Tartan Representatives have been fantastic, and far more informative and helpful than our Sales Rep.
