Construction supervisor and construction coordinator were great. The sales associate lacked often in responding, but now is no longer with Tilson.

Once the construction began, the trials and turbulations began as well. The workers (all crews that worked on my property) didn't exhibit much care for the quality of their work or the cleanliness of the site. Plastic bottles, wrapping material, roofing nails were scattered all over the place on any given day. I'm extremely disappointed with the cabinet maker that Tilson selected as their sub (Kent). From poor craftsmanship to very poor customer service - I have no complementary comments for that part of the construction. The tile crew and the painters did very poor job as well. The tile in multiple places is uneven. Paint is missing at the bottom of the doors, on door jams, but they did paint over the laundry vent preventing it from opening. Looks like the others have/had similar experience, so I'll just copy what has been said before: The items summarize what the Tilson site manager had to compensate for: ** Worksite cleanliness not apriority for workers ** Consumption of alcohol while working onsite ** Poor quality work not noticed real-time - causing more-lengthy rework after integrated areas were complete ** Doors left open during very poor weather ** Poor treatment of new supplies resulting in damage prior to install ** Site manager overtasked with multiple homes with long driving times in-between, which limited availability and ability to provide QA real-time. Needless to say, I'm glad the construction is over.
