Overall it was good but designers need to be more observant of their designs.
Overall quality of home seems to be adequate, attention to fine detail needs lots of improvements. Some promises that were made were not held.

I had some major issues with things getting done on-time. I had to argue with the people clearing the trees, and it took several months longer than expected. Some warranty items are still not done.
After the transfer to Construction the experience was an absolute nightmare. We spent a great deal of time managing our own build as the contractors and Tilson representatives assigned were incompetent. The lack of quality, follow through, and compete lack of customer service are the worst that I have experienced with any company in my life. In the end our home is done but this company should not market itself as a custom home builder when they lack the staff to meet this level of builder.
Although my response is not the best that I was led to believe in my YouTube videos, leading up to our selection meeting, the overall experience could’ve been much, much better.
We had a wonderful experience with Tilson Homes. This is our second home with them and we would definitely do it again.
