Justin and Albert have been amazing throughout, and they continue to be. However, our overall experience building with Trico has been extremely stressful and disappointing. The construction felt rushed, and the finishing work was clearly done in haste. On possession day, our gas stove wasn’t functioning—which was especially difficult as we have three children and needed a working kitchen from day one. Just days after moving in, we discovered the washing machine was leaking, leaving us unable to do laundry for nearly four weeks. For a family of five, that was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the previous sales representative made a mistake with our basement floor plan, which added to our frustration. Unfortunately, there are even more issues we've had to deal with, but these examples alone highlight the lack of care and attention that went into the process.
I feel it was a great experience as we were able to find the house we wanted in the time like we wanted!
Overall experience was good. But the build quality, especially the workmanship, is very poor.
There were continues errors and mistakes made throughout the process. There was major lack of communication. The overall tone of Trico representatives has been a sorry that’s too bad or we aren’t fixing it attitude. Sub par craftsmanship on the exterior of the home has been continual. We are still dealing with issues!
There are some aspects of the experience that we did not enjoy. We had a couple of miscommunications in the beginning of the our purchase process especially about the price and the some specs.
We loved working with Trico for our home build
They charged heavy for an assignment. Same thing that was done FREE OF CHARGE by another builder as I bought two houses at the same time! I’m obviously not buying from them ever again. It is as simple as that!
Extremely disappointed. My last new home purchase was from Jayman Homes. My experience with Jayman exceeded Trico in all areas. I have purchased and sold 7 homes over the years. So I am not new to home ownership. 5 of which were new home builds. Again, this has been the worst experience of them all.
