This builder was a nightmare. For every single thing, I had to escalate and fight with them to make any changes at the home. They would accommodate changes where they saved money, any addition changes which cost them money were passed on to me with 3-4x price, which is insane. The sales team is inexperienced, all they are interested in is to sell a home and making commission, the rest is left to the customer to deal with other headaches, They don’t treat customers fairly and they don’t believe in providing good experience either, the sales rep promised a lot of things and then left the company, the new sales rep couldn’t fulfill them as they were not in writing. The sales people don’t understand want the customer wants and they sell what they have on assumptions. On top of that they make so many mistakes and never take the accountability. It’s been 4 months that I moved into the house and the little things noted to them were never fixed. They keep referring to that being standard mistake as they are hand made. On possession date the manager runs away saying he has another property to close and if I don’t trust them I can check and email them and they will fix it. I paid double the price for the basement suite and they provided me with a damaged stove and trail appliance says they will fix it in October of 2025. What a joke! Even the customer service at a dollar store is at higher standards than this home builder. They only focused on making hay while the sun shined. If you plan on spending a million dollars and buy a home don’t consider them at all. When I asked them this question, they replied that they are production builders and can’t accommodate any changes which were small . During the sales conversation the sales rep kept saying that the house would big as I requested. Never mentioned the size or physical show the sizes. A lot things were changed and I was informed at the end. For every single thing they kept referring me to design studio and then there the things were of different kind. No one to explain and your just on your own just pick and choose what you like and then they will surprise bill you. If you would like to do another appointment then you have to pay for it. Their expectations were that customer should know everything single thing. They would never explain or recommend anything to you. I had extremely painful and bitter experience with them. I would never recommend them. But for others things could be different
Had a terrible experience with them previous sales person by name Aki and then a lady that was mean to us and she said we could not make any change other when we had not made any .It was still within the windows of change.l personally went into depression because this is our first home. After 3 months l still have wires out on walls

The company is manipulative, coercive, They took our money and ran without providing the service that they promised. Their customer services reps and managers have no power to provide simple and commen sense requests.
We recently completed our home with Trico Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Albert handled countless design details with exceptional skill and professionalism, making the entire process seamless. Michael demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail and went above and beyond to optimize the overall living experience for us. Their combined expertise, commitment, and genuine care made this journey truly enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Trico Homes, and I’m especially grateful to Sam, Michael, and Albert for making our dream home a reality.
My experience with Trico homes has been really good. especially dealing with Reagan and Ali. I do have to say though, dealing with some of the contractors hasn't been easy. Trial appliances as an example.
