I have bad experience with trico from the beginning. They are not loyal to there agreements. Evry time they add something new on our agreements. That really force us to add more money on the house.

Dint have good experience with Trico, overall we felt the builder never cared for any customer service, they just wanted to grab money for the house that they built. Trico never focussed building a long lasting relationship, pathetic service
This is our second home with Trico- we were reluctant to purchase again with them, as our first experience was terrible, but they were the only company with an available lot. We advised them we did not have a good experience and they promised they will do better the second time. That was not the case. On our walkthrough on March 25 we pointed out how bad the tile job was throughout the entire house. The shower which we upgrade was uneven the niche looked like it was cut with scissors , the edges were globs of silicone , and the ceiling was damaged. the floor tiles were also uneven , and poorly finished as well as the onsuite backsplash. we were told this would be rectified. On Key release April 2-this was still not fixed. they told us they would be redoing all the tiles. I requested an update April 4 without a response. We moved half our items on April5 and the tile guy was still fixing the tiles, and all the toilets in the house were removed. He said they would be put back that evening. when we came back that evening the toilets were still not put back. We had to go back to our other house and sleep on the floor as our bed and furniture had been moved to our new house and had no working toilets. April6 we moved the rest of our items just to find the toilets still had not been put back. We waked in to our new house to dust and materials everywhere from the tile, toxic fume smells, dirty microwave- As the trades had used it and not cleaned the food splatter- , and no toilets in our bathrooms. The trades don’t care, we had asked for toilet paper holder and towel bars not to be installed and they made extra unnecessary holes. the stovetop was meant to be left uninstalled and left in the box, that was ignored.this is unacceptable and disappointing! it’s suppose to be a joyful experience and yet again it was the complete opposite

I had the worst experience buying two homes together with Trico I will never recommend Trico to anyone. They give the worst customer service and will always find excuses to fix the issues within warranty period. Trico is the worst builder I have ever come across
Sales team is great. George is very helpful and professional. Overall quality is good. Alot of paint issues. Definitely need to work on painting team. Delay in exterior paint and Crack on foundation. Hard to follow up
