Basically it’s good. But some details are lower than my expectations. Such as the dishwasher, fridge, stove cannot fit seamlessly; floor, ceiling are not perfectly leveled, the shower is kind floating, etc. the layers of cabinet is equally spaced, which is not convenient to use. The depth of all cabinet is kind of 1 inch short. Some doors can be designed as sliding doors in the floor plan. Etc
The overall experience was stressful due to unnecessary delays accumulated during the construction process. Urbandale took too long to start digging the foundation. Since we had to sell our house to complete the contract, we left a lot of money on the table as the market deteriorated due to rising interest rates. This situation could have been avoided if the construction team had been dynamic and agile. Urbandale provided no assistance to help us close the deal. The whole situation was very disappointing.

We had a good experience with Urbandale Construction. Their customer service was good and they were quick in responding to questions and concerns. The only issue was the closing date being pushed to 5 months later however they built a good quality house so we were mostly satisfied.
