The building process with Veridian was organized, straightforward and fast. There were plenty of touchpoints along the way to ensure that things were on track and correct, and we were very satisfied with the level of customization and the choices in the Design Center.

Natalie and Max made our entire experience an awesome one. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and just plain fun to be around! Would not recommend CMG at all. Poor communication, would not listen to us, and we were stressed every time we had a question or concern. Surprised we even closed. Not a good experience. We fell in love with Madison Lighting and Ashley Furniture folks. Kay and Mary Ellen were outstanding. Hope I got their names right! From the first open house we attended to our 30 day check in with Max, our forever home is everything we had hoped for and more!!

Truly appreciated the team that helped us get into our new home. Questions were answered and I appreciated Veridian accommodating early access prior to close. The walk through was helpful to review the unique features and landscaping duties. Overall, Veridian was very welcoming and I felt supported in my move!

Hands down the best experience I could have imagined in purchasing a home. The process was seamless and included so much more than I was even aware of. The best part is the continued and proven commitment from Veridian and there builders on the quality of their homes and help even after moving in. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Trying to communicate with the Customer Success Specialist is difficult. I moved into a new home and there are many issues that have come up that needed to be addressed. However, getting in touch with the person who has to coordinate those service appointments is challenging. Having service people come to the house, being informed of the issues that need to be addressed, without the tools or materials needed to address the issue, is a complete waste of my time. This has led to me having to take at least 4 different days off from work to be home for these appointments. They are able to fully frame a house within a week, but I can't get someone to reply to an email or come address a poor craftsmanship issue leading to a safety concern within 2.5 weeks? My front door does not seal properly and is warped an has to be taped off, making it unusable. And, no one is able to address this within 2.5 weeks?! It is absurd. I am less than happy with the amount of new things that are needing to be addressed due to poor craftsmanship, installation, cheap materials or poor time management is extremely frustrating.
We were happy to find the home we wanted earlier than we thought. We quickly listed our home and sold it so that we could settle into our new one story. Home.
We’re first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions and were met with wonderful people along the way to answer any and every question we had. It was a great and smooth experience overall.
