The current superintendent has been responsive in fixing all of the oversights and things not completed before move in.

Would Change

The superintendent that worked on my home changed 3 times. The sales representative left close to closing. The communication was more and many errors were made; majority of errors were due to workers not paying attention and moving too fast or installing incorrect materials. Overall crappy work was done. We were not informed a fridge was not included with the standard appliance package and ended up having to buy one the day before closing which was a large unplanned expense. The dishwasher was never installed and we spent a week trying to get it fix. In the first week of moving in the foundation has settled significantly, our front porch is floating and has cracked away from the house. There is paint on all of the hardware we spent 2500 to upgrade. Most of our cabinets are warped, crooked or scratched. Very poor quality of work by all and would absolutely never recommend this builder.
