Weaver and all of their employees are amazing. Especially Jason, in sales, Meg, design, and Jeff the PM for our job. We had a wonderful experience with weaver! We can’t wait live here for years to come!
Weaver homes provided for a very structured and orderly step by step process, from our initial offer/sales agreement to occupation of our new condominium. All steps in the process, specifically and such as, selecting lighting, plumbing, floor and other finishes, were so well coordinated, that it was a very pleasant experience to complete this process. The project manager of our unit was as informative as a new homebuyer would appreciate, never defensive in addressing inquiries about the building process. We were kept up to date on all progress of our unit and invited in at key points to observe and make any inquiries we may have of the progress to date. The finishes of the Builder and all sub-contractors demonstrates an underlying attention to detail. The quality of finishes and the move in condition, can be noted throughout our new home. Our list of items to be reviewed at the 45 day occupancy review is very minimal and I am confident these few items will be simply resolved by the builder.

Gina, Megan and Jeff were kind and helpful, making my build a positive experience. As a widow, I had to make a lot of decisions on my own and felt I had good support. I would like to complete another survey after I have had a chance to become more acquainted with my neighborhood and home.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Weaver Home. Everyone I have come in contact with has been very professional and have quickly responded to any issues I’ve had.
Good - not great due to some materials ( sliding door/windows) not high quality) finishing work by subcontractors not great & not careful not to damage items already installed. (Bathtub) (stovetop) (fireplace) these items not protected prior to and once installed) causing major inconvenience for homeowners for repair work. Sliding door leaked water & housing frame cracked upon install… had to be replaced. Not experience we had hoped for w/new builds. Cleaning not great…grout left several places .
Sales staff was very accommodating and helpful…design center was excellent…construction manager was great during all phases and continues to assist post construction
