Painters showed up to touch up paint the first day I was trying to move in. That is not appropriate- they showed up on day 2 of moving in. Also not appropriate- they age. Kitchen back since - I am about to touch up all the paint spots myself! Electrician said he would come to hang a ceiling fan and never showed up 2 weeks later and a voicemail and still no electrician.
